Framework & Outcomes
Evidence-Based Practices
LiveMore ScreenLess’ Evidence-Based Practices to promote learning and wellbeing are informed by research across many fields of study including psychology, public health, medicine, addiction, adolescent development, and education. We are also informed by principles and approaches of healthy child and youth development; diversity, equity and inclusion; and peer and adult education.

Our School Community Model
The LiveMore ScreenLess approach educates and equips school leaders and educators as the foundation necessary to promote and implement a Digital Wellbeing shift. Our School Community Model identifies the essential roles that all adults in the community play, and illuminates their mutual necessity in building unified Digital Wellbeing policy, practice, and procedures. In turn, these results support the balanced, intentional, and effective use of technology throughout the school day.

For and with Young People: A Participatory Approach
Holding brave space for young people to reflect on their device use is innovative, essential, and critical for the wellbeing of young people.
We believe it’s essential to activate and partner with young people as leaders in Digital Wellbeing promotion. Evidence-based research confirms partnering with young people is more effective than only adults leading.
